Helen Elizabeth Hunt (born June 15, 1963) is an American actress and director. She is the recipient of numerous accolades, including an Academy Award, four Primetime Emmy Awards, and four Golden Globe Awards.unt ose to fame in 1992, portraying Jamie Buchman in the sitcom Mad About You which earned her three Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress and four Primetime Emmy Awards for Lead Actress.

In 1997 Hunt won the Academy Award for Best Actress for starring as Carol Connelly in the romantic comedy As Good as It Gets, while her portrayal of Cheryl Cohen-Greene in The Sessions (2012), gained her a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her other notable films include Twister (1996), Cast Away (2000), What Women Want (2000), Pay It Forward (2000), Bobby (2006), Soul Surfer (2011), and The Miracle Season (2018).
Hunt made her directorial film debut with Then She Found Me (2007), and has directed the film Ride (2014), and episodes of television series, including House of Lies, This Is Us, Feud: Bette and Joan, American Housewife, and the premiere episode of the Mad About You revival. 

Helen Hunt was born in Culver City, California. Her mother, Jane Elizabeth (née Novis), worked as a photographer, and her father, Gordon Hunt, was a film, voice and stage director and acting coach.[1] Her uncle, Peter H. Hunt, was also a director. Her maternal grandmother, Dorothy (Anderson) Fries, was a voice coach.[2] Hunt's paternal grandmother was from a German-Jewish family, while Hunt's other grandparents were of English descent (her maternal grandfather was born in England), with a Methodist religious background

John Hammond (born October 6, 1955) is an American actor. As a virtual unknown he landed the lead role in the 1982 miniseries, The Blue and the Gray as fictional Virginia war-artist John Geyser, then followed it up with lead role in the 1983 family film The Prodigal. He also appeared in five episodes of the TV drama St. Elsewhere in 1984, two episodes of Highway to Heaven, the TV movies Deadly Care in 1987 and Do You Know the Muffin Man in 1989. Hammond also made an appearance in the 1990 movie The Adventures of Ford Fairlane, starring Andrew Dice Clay, and the 1998 horror movie Laughing Dead. Most recently, he starred in the 2017 somber drama Days Till Death, directed by Chia Hao Tat.

Willingham was the son of railroad worker and farmer Noble Henry Willingham, Sr, and Ruby Ladelle (née Speights).
He was born in the small town of Mineola, in Wood County east of Dallas, Texas. After graduating in 1953 from North Texas State College in Denton, he earned a master's degree in educational psychology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Michael Durrell (born Sylvester Joseph Ciraulo; October 6, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor.
He began his career in the role of attorney Peter Wexler on the CBS soap opera The Guiding Light. In 1969, he appeared on Broadway in Cock-A-Doodle-Dandy at the Lyceum Theatre. Other television roles were as police Lieutenant Moraga in the short-lived CBS crime drama Shannon (1981–1982), starring Kevin Dobson in the title role, and then as Nicholas Stone from 1984–1985 on CBS's Alice. Another well-known role was in 1983 in the NBC science fiction miniseries called V and the 1984 sequel V: The Final Battle as Robert Maxwell and reprised his role in the first two episodes of V: The Series.

He played D.A. Lloyd Burgess on the hit TV series Matlock from 1986 to 1990, and as Dr. John Martin, the father of Donna Martin on the hit Fox TV series Beverly Hills, 90210, in which he had a recurring role. He guest starred in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Sanctuary". He appears in Season 1, Episode 5 of The Eddie Capra Mysteries and Season 5, Episode 10 of Dexter.

Lewis Frederick Ayres III (December 28, 1908 – December 30, 1996) was an American actor whose film and television career spanned 65 years. He is best known for starring as German soldier Paul Bäumer in the film All Quiet on the Western Front (1930) and for playing Dr. Kildare in nine films.[1] He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in Johnny Belinda (1948).
Ayres was born in Minneapolis to Irma Bevernick and Louis Ayres, who divorced when he was four. Louis, an amateur musician and court reporter, remarried soon afterwards.

As a teen, he and his mother moved with his step-father, William Gilmore,[3] and half brother and sister to San Diego, California.
Leaving high school before graduating, he started a small band which traveled to Mexico. He returned months later to pursue an acting career, but continued working full-time as a musician. He played banjo and guitar for big bands, including the Henry Halstead Orchestra. He recorded one of the earliest Vitaphone movie shorts called Carnival Night in Paris (Warner Brothers, 1927).

Ayres wrote, "I was a member of Henry Halstead's orchestra in 1927 at the Mission Beach Ballroom in San Diego, California for the summer. My instruments were tenor banjo, long-neck banjo and guitar. After a hiatus, I rejoined Mr. Halstead with a new group, including Phil Harris, on New Year's Eve the same year for the opening night of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, a memorable occasion."[citation needed

He left a national tour to pursue a career as an actor full-time.

Matthew Charles Labyorteaux (born December 8, 1966) is an American film, television and voice actor. In many of his credits, his last name is spelled as "Laborteaux". He is also credited as Matthew Charles for his work in animation.
He is best known for portraying Albert Ingalls[5] on Little House on the Prairie from 1978 to 1983. He is also known as the voice of Jaden Yuki and The Supreme King in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX from 2005 to 2008.
Labyorteaux was born in Los Angeles and adopted by interior designer and talent agent Ronald Labyorteaux (1930–92) and actress Frances Marshall, born Frances Newman (1927–2012). He is the younger brother of Patrick, also adopted and also an actor, and Jane.

An article in People magazine from 1978 reported that he was born with a hole in his heart, was thought to be autistic for the first five years of his life, and was unable to walk until the age of three or speak until the age of five. His autism symptoms were allegedly managed via changes in his diet and gradually began to disappear by the time he was seven.

Personal life

Labyorteaux is a skilled video game player. In October 1981, he finished in 10th place for Centipede at the Atari, Inc. world championships.

In April 1982, he became the United States Pac-Man champion at a People-sponsored tournament, with a score of 1,200,000.
In 1992, Matthew and Patrick founded the Youth Rescue Fund (which was partnered with Los Angeles Youth Supportive Services), a charity organization that assists young people in crisis, and have since engaged in fundraising for youth shelters across the U.S. The organization is no longer active.
On July 17, 2020, Labyorteaux married his wife Leslie. Matthew is the stepfather to Leslie's 2 kids.
